This place has some of the worst service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. We walk in on a Saturday night looking to get dinner, Get all of our IDs checked and wait at the host stand like we were told ,where we were ignored for 20 minutes or longer by some kid who just kept looking at the same computer screen acting like he couldn’t see us. A group of young girls walked in “none of them had their ID” In one of the workers there said that they knew one of the girls just let them in anyways, and they got seated immediately. I will never go back after that. It’s a shame because I’ve eaten here before and the food was good but honestly not worth wasting your time over.

Food was decent and loved the atmosphere (gave old IC vibes when I used to go to college) but the actual operation of this place is absolutely awful. The worst I’ve ever experienced in quite awhile. I made a reservation a week in advance for 17 people. They were in no way prepared for that. Food took an hour to get out to us and then they forgot someone’s food at the table and took an additional hour to get their food. During this time never once did the server ask how everyone else’s food was or if we needed more drinks. When we did ask for drinks it took a minimum of 20 minutes to get the drinks. Just overall awful service. I do feel bad because the server seemed overwhelmed. This is completely the OWNER’S problem for not being properly staffed for an event happening in downtown Youngstown! Just a little bit more attention to detail on the owners part and this place would be a great spot!

My friends & I come here often for the drink specials & wing night. We were shocked and disappointed when this amount of fries came out for $4.99. Ranch and dipping sauce is not included, for an extra $1.50. This is in no way $6.50 worth of food. We mentioned it to the waitress and she told us “that’s just how they come”. It does seem like they skimp out on the apps and sides when we dine. Will likely not be back for the food.

Great burger spot directly on YSU campus. Expect a loud college life atmosphere. We had great service and a great burger. Fries are good. One of the few places with a Guiness tap!

Your bill will be 4% higher if you pay with card. Pretty expensive place to eat for one person. I got pickle fries and boneless wings. Pickle fries I don’t recommend, and I love fried pickles. $10 for them and they were super greasy and the batter does not adhere to half of the pickles. I had a few decent looking pickle fries but it was mostly a pile of soggy thin pickles and greasy batter. The boneless wings were decent. The cost is too much though. It costs $13 for 10 boneless wings when you add in the up charge. Maybe I should’ve had the burger but I probably will not go back.
